  • Exchange Only Policy

Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of temporary tattoos, we do not offer refunds or returns. We strictly offer exchanges only within [7] days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn,

unused, unpeeled, and in its original sealed packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a direct exchange for a

replacement item.

  • How to Request an Exchange:

To start an exchange process, please contact us at info@soultattoo.net with your order number and clear photos of the item. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
