Is it really better than henna?

Soul Tattoo produces a dark blue/black tattoo that is realistic but temporary.

Henna itself is not dangerous, and produces a temporary red/brown tattoo.

On the other hand, black henna contains additives to change its color and produce a realistic temporary tattoo.

This may sound good in theory, but the chemicals added to it are harsh and may cause blisters and permanent scarring.
